Valerie A. Stacy

Worked in clerical jobs after high school. After a few years went back to school at night -- CCAC, then a B.S. in psychology and public administration from Pitt, M.A. in psychology from Duquesne (while working in the Mayor's Budget Office at the City of Pittsburgh -- that was an experience!). Finally finished a Ph.D. in counseling psychology at Pitt. Graduated September 2013. Working as Director of Behavioral Health, Corizon Health, Allegheny County Jail. Working on obtaining licensure.

I was a nerd in high school -- still a nerd!, but I've grown into my bizarre sense of humor.

I feel much more at home in my own skin these days.
