I’m still doing what I initially described below although am spending a bit more time doing art and writing these days, lifelong pleasures of mine. Also started my own unofficial religion, Wowism, which basically finds ‘Wow’ to be the best response to just about everything! (-:

I’ve also fallen in love with the Balkans (I’m half Serb) and have visited 5 times in the past 7 years...eager to go again when pandemic restrictions loosen more. Meanwhile I am working on writing a collection of short stories inspired by our travels there.

Went to CU in Boulder, Co. (studied Fine Arts, and American Studies),married in 1979 (young!!), moved to seattle in 1982, working as massage practitioner/eclectic process oriented body-worker/counselor since 1988, was a hospice volunteer, and was still swimming until the city closed all the pools due to Covid 19, have been taking long daily hilly walks in and around Seattle to keep in some sort of shape. No matter what I am continuing to enjoy most moments of this precious embodied life!

I wasn't too involved in the social goings on at school(never went to a football game after 8th grade, never went to a school dance, and didn't belong to any clubs other than being on the swim team), and was absent as much as possible and graduated a semester early, but really appreciated most of my classes and teachers- especially Sharkey, Ms. Dzik (russian), Ms.Nemeth, Mellinger and Funk (Eng), and Ms. Frishmeyer who had a great sense of humor(Business law).
And as my son went through high school here in Seattle in recent years my appreciation for our teachers and curriculum in Mt. Lebo increased even more!!!!
I guess i should also acknowledge my intense commitment to xianity at the time and going to Young Life and bible studies instead of parties and such. Belated apologies to anyone i offended with my well-intentioned but probably annoying zealousness!
