D.R.'s inner strength, beauty & spirit cannot be measured! His laugh was infectious, his attitude....a testimony to us all. We have those memories to which to cling. D.R. is embedded in our hearts forever!Monica L. McCann (Marks)
I really was not a friend in high school, but I talked with him at the reunion and he certainly was a great dad and spoke so lovingly of his wife and family. He will truly be missed by everyone whose life he touched.William Pilossoph
It was very sad to say the least. what a great guy, great father, great friend and caring person. I'll miss D.R. very much and he'll be in my thoughts and prayers for a long time. He battled for a long time and because of his strong will to live lasted years longer than most people would have. God Bless him and his family. If you can send a donation for his children education fund, it would be greatly appreciated, any amount would help.Leslie A. King (Bowden)
I have been thinking about D.R. and his family frequently. What a loss for his wife and children. I hope that we as a class find it in our hearts to contribute any amount to his childrens' educational fund. Every day is a gift.Susan M. White

DR's passing still saddens me very much. My thought and prayers go out to his family. I knew DR well in junior high and high school. He was a great athelete and a fun kind person. I am grateful I was able to re-connect with him through the Class of '78 website before his untimely passing.
